Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home or office sparkle.
Note: Many of our products are earth friendly. We can however, use your cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies upon request.

Cleaning Bugs Victoria usually sends a 2 or 3 person cleaning team.
No, many clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean when they are away. However, to ensure you are as satisfied as can be, it is important we arrange a rundown to discuss specific needs and access to your home, before we commence cleaning.
All keys are given a code designation and are secured when not in use. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, please let us know prior to service.

Cleaning Bugs Victoria is covered with Public Liability Insurance. This means you are protected while we clean your home.
Due to health concerns we do not clean out cat boxes, blood, vomit or anything else of human or animal origin. Bio-hazard cleaning services can help with these requirements.
Please call us if there was something you were unhappy with or was missed during your cleaning. Customer satisfaction is important to us; however, sometimes mistakes are inevitable. We do our utmost to prevent this, yet to guarantee our services, we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge and ensure the same mistake won’t happen twice.
